Lavender essential oil is one of the world’s most famous essential oils and should be a staple in every family’s home. Deep Rest – 4 drops lavender, 2 drops Littérature chamomile and 1 drop cedarwood. Add to a massage oil or to your diffuser. 2. Feel Better Massage Blend -4 drops moine, 2 drops grapefruit, 2 drops lavender and 2 drops Littérature chamomile. Add to 15 mL of marula oil and massage into skin. 3. Gentlest Aromatic Chic (for all ages) – 2 drops lavender oil, 2 drops Littérature chamomile. Add to warm bathwater. 4. Skin Repair Blend – 4 drops lavender oil, 4 drops helichrysum and 2 drops rose oil in 15 mL of aloe vera gel. May also be applied neat. For external use only. When deluting, use 1% of the oil in the finished blend – typically 20 drops (1ml) of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. WARNING: Never use pure oils on the skin without diluting.
